Roxy was found as a stray in Harrisburg, PA. She was given to a feral cat rescuer by neighbors, to keep her from a wretched life! But the kitty rescuer thought that Roxy was a bit too interested in cats, so she spent her time separated from all the kitties. In foster, Roxy has proven herself to be a happy, energetic gal. She is outgoing to everyone when on walks. Roxy loves to play with kids and going for walks is her favorite thing.
