Baby A, aka Baby Azelea, was found by a homeless couple in a Baltimore alley, hog-tied with duct tape and badly bitten. The scars on her sweet face tell a story about what her past life of abuse and pain was like... Although they tried, the homeless couple turned her in to BARCS when they could no longer afford to feed her. From there, she was pulled by Tara's Babies, and transported to AZ, where she remained for two years. She just recently flew to PA to find the perfect home via Im-Paws-Ablel!!!! Baby A is working hard on her skills, to ensure her next placement is FOREVER!! She IS available NOW! Poor Baby A probably never had a home of her own. She is wonderful with all people, but other dogs, she is wary of.
